Cancellation Policy
If for any reason you cannot make it please make sure to cancel through your confirmation email or contact us directly via email or phone. Deposits are non-refundable unless there was a problem on my end. You will only be allowed to reschedule using the same deposit once. You have 7 days from initial appointment to reschedule. After that you will have to pay another deposit. No call no shows will not be able to book again. Holidays are a $40 up charge. If your wig is black it needs to be dropped off up to 48 hours ahead of time for customization.
