TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  • What is Virgin Hair?
    Virgin Hair is the hair that comes out of the scalp of another human. Virgin hair has been through little to no processes. TC Beauty & Co. hair comes from a single donor meaning most of the hair will all be aligned to get it a more pleasing look.
  • Does hair shed?
    Yes it is normal that all hair sheds. To ensure extra security we recommend sealing wefts.
  • How many bundles do I need?
    For inches 14-18 two bundles will give you a full look. For inches 20-26 3 bundles For inches 28+ 4 or more bundles.
  • Can hair be dyed?
    Yes. This natural hair color can be dyed to a 613 blonde color depending on the processes. For light and vibrant colors our 613 hair is recommended so that hair won’t be over processed.
  • How long will my hair last?
    Hair can last 2 or more years with proper care
  • Can I blow dry my hair?
    Yes but it is not recommended. Blow drying the hair gives it a different appearance than if it was air dried.
  • Do you offer refunds or exchanges?
    Products will only be exchanged if they are in original condition. No refunds will be given.
  • How long does it take to receive my order after it is placed?
    In-state orders will be received within 2-3 business days. If you are out of state please allow up to 7 business days. Overnight shopping is also available. For pick up orders the items you would like to purchase are on hand same day pick up is available.
  • What is the difference between the two types of lace?
    HD lace is a very thin laces used to make the hair look like it’s coming out of the scalp. Transparent lace gives off a more whitish appearance and also melts and blends well.
  • Why is the cost of lace so high?
    During March 2020 there was a lace shortage due to its popular demand
  • What should I use to wash your bundles?
    We recommend using Tresemme keratin collection
  • How often should I wash my hair?
    For best results wash bundles once a week
  • Does my unit have to be glued down?
    No. Everything is initially made to be worn glueless. However if you choose to want it glued down you can do that also.
  • How do I know what size my head is?
    Units come in sizes small(21.5), medium(22.5), and large (23.5). For closure units only circumference is needed. For frontal units more measurements are needed.
  • How long does it take for my unit to be finished?
    If desired lengths are on hand units will be ready within 3 business days. If desired lengths are not on hand allow up to 7 days.
  • Do I need a new closure/frontal for unit construction?
    Yes. In order to get the best results all laces should be brand new and uncut
  • Do I have to buy my hair from you?
    No BYOB (bring your own bundles) service is available
  • What are the Unit Service Specific Terms?
    The turnaround time for revamps are 3 days minimum. Tracks previously modified (personally and or by any other stylist) will not be used or accepted. In order to construct a standard unit, 3 Bundles and a frontal or closure are required. In some cases more bundles may be required to get a full look. (the stylist will reach out via email if more are needed) Provided bundles, closures, and or frontals must be cleansed from any glues and/or gels prior to arrival or additional fees may apply. Please provide any and all details on the desired look that you are requesting prior to booking. If desired lengths are on hand units will be ready within 3 business days. If desired lengths are not on hand allow up to 7 days. Units come custom sized, please provide accurate measurements. All units come with an elastic band for your secure comfort. Revamp & Install units must be provided to the stylist at least 24hrs prior to service.
  • What are the Unit Service General Terms and Conditions?
    When booking please be sure to add every service add on that you are interested in at the time of booking. In the case of custom units once the service is completed no additional changes can be made. If for any reason you cannot make it please make sure to cancel through your confirmation email or contact us directly via email or phone. Cancellations made within 12 hours of your service will not receive a deposit refund. In this case deposits can only be transferred for up to one reschedule. Deposits go towards services booked. Individuals not receiving services (kids, family members, outside guests etc.) are not prohibited to attend or accompany those being serviced.     Hair must be freshly washed and free of any oils and/or products. Provided lace must be cleansed from any glues and/or gels prior to arrival. All lace must be brought prior to install appointment for customizing.
  • What are the makeup specific terms?
    Phone calls and the general use of any cell phones are prohibited during makeup services. Eyebrows should be groomed and appropriately (cleansed) before arrival.
  • What are the unit service specific terms?
