Payments process each day by 7pm Monday-Thursday. If an order is placed after 7pm the order will process the next business day. After the payment is processed the order is placed. When a payment plan is used it  takes up to 3 business days to process. Once  the 3rd party company processes the order and it is paid out to TC Beauty & Co. then the order will be placed. All shipped orders takes **3 to 5 business days** (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. Shipping time is in each description. You will receive another notification, including tracking information, once your order has shipped. 

Address Accuracy

Orders are shipped to the address entered at check out. Address changes must be requested before shipment. Once your package is shipped, delivery is the responsibility of the carrier. For delivery updates please use your tracking number and contact the carrier directly. 

TC Beauty & Co. is not responsible for carrier delays once an order has been shipped.

Due to the hygienic nature of hair products all sales are final. We do not accept returns, refunds, cancellations, or exchanges once an order has been placed and processed. Customer is responsible for the return/shipping of the items.
