A $20 non-refundable deposit is due at the time of booking, paid online only. Deposits go towards services booked. Individuals not receiving services (kids, family members, outside guests, etc.) are not prohibited to attend or accompany those being serviced. There is a 15-minute grace period before your appointment is canceled. We ask that you please book according to your plans as no appointments will be rushed to meet your time constraints. The amount of time each appointment takes is listed when booking and cannot be shortened for any reasons. If a service request is made at the time of the appointment and the stylist was not made aware of this prior to your appointment, there will be a $20-$25 fee applied to your total.

Hair must be freshly washed and free of any oils and/or products.

Provided lace must be cleansed from any glues and/or gels prior to arrival.

All lace must be brought prior to install appointment for customizing.

If desired lengths are on hand, units will be ready within 3 business days. If desired lengths are not on hand, allow up to 7 days.

Units come in sizes small (21.5), medium (22.5), and large (23.5). For closure units only circumference is needed. For frontal units more measurements are needed.

Virgin Hair is hair that comes from the scalp of another human. Virgin hair has been through little to no processes. TC Beauty & Co. hair comes from a single donor, meaning most of the hair will all be aligned to give it a more pleasing look.

For inches 14-18, two bundles will give you a full look.

Yes. This natural hair color can be dyed to a 613 blonde color depending on the processes. For light and vibrant colors, our 613 hair is recommended so that hair won’t be over processed.

Hair can last 2 or more years with proper care.

Yes, but it is not recommended. Blow drying the hair gives it a different appearance than if it was air dried.

Virgin hair comes from the root of its donor's scalp. Hairs come in different shades of browns.

HD lace is a very thin lace used to make the hair look like it’s coming out of the scalp.

Transparent lace gives off a more whitish appearance and also melts and blends well.

No two bundles will be the same in color because this hair is sourced from single donors. Raw Indian extensions are more coarse and have not been processed in any way. In-state orders will be received within 2-3 business days. If you are out of state, please allow up to 7 business days. Overnight shipping is also available. For pickup orders, if the items you would like to purchase are on hand, same-day pickup is available.

Yes. The knots need to be bleached. The only time you don't need to bring your lace ahead of time is when it’s 613 or colored. If your 613 hair/lace is being customized in any way, it also needs to be dropped off ahead of time.

Yes, only hair that I’m installing. Turnaround time is 7 days.

There is a reschedule link in your email. You will only be allowed to reschedule once with your initial deposit. You have 7 days after the initial appointment to reschedule or you forfeit the deposit.
